AML Quality Control Analyst - Global Payment

Responsibilities Team Introduction In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. What you'll do: 1. Conduct quality control reviews on key FCC processes, including Know Your Customer (KYC), due diligence, sanctions and name screening, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting. 2. Evaluate execution of operational procedures against defined policies, standards, and jurisdictional regulatory requirements. 3. Identify control gaps or process deviations and escalate findings with clear risk articulation. 4. Produce timely and well-structured QC reports, highlighting findings, trends, and actionable remediation plans. 5.
