Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with robust AML/Financial Crimes experience to support compliance and technology initiatives. The role focuses on translating AML business needs into system requirements and supporting AML platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document AML requirements and regulatory needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for AML systems (transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, SAR/CTR).
- Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Support AML workflow optimization and system improvements.
- Collaborate with Compliance, IT, and vendors on AML solutions.
- Ensure alignment with AML/BSA regulations.
