All-Round Sous Chef: Banquets, A la Carte & Pastry

Trump International Golf Club Dubai is seeking a Sous Chef to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team, delivering an exceptional culinary experience for members, guests, and events. You’ll balance high-volume banquets with refined à la carte tasting menus, stepping behind the pastry bench when required.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you’ll lead a multi-outlet kitchen, drive menu development, and mentor Junior Sous Chefs and cooks.
