Opportunity Description
We are looking for an AI Transformation Lead who is equal parts AI practitioner, business strategist, and product builder; someone who can deploy AI tools that immediately improve our operations and simultaneously recognize which of those tools can be packaged into commercial products for the Philippine and SEA markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. AI Tool Deployment & Operations
- Identify, evaluate and deploy AI tools across BPO operations (QA, agent assist, workforce management, sentiment analysis, chatbots, RPA, etc.)
- Own end-to-end implementation: vendor selection, integration, UAT, training, and adoption measurement
- Develop internal playbooks and SOPs so operational teams can use and sustain deployed AI tools
- Monitor performance of deployed tools and continuously optimize for measurable ROI
