AI Specialist (all genders)

As an AI Specialist , you will join our newly launched Roland Berger AI Lab, where we design innovative and scalable GenAI solutions to create tangible impact for our clients and ourselves. Our mission is to rapidly and securely scale our expertise across clients and within RB.

In this role you will design and implement advanced AI solutions for both client and internal applications while collaborating with the AI team to tackle real‑world business challenges. Your expertise will be crucial as you write clean, maintainable code to ensure scalable AI and machine learning solutions.

Utilizing tools such as Python, Databricks, SQL, Docker, and LangGraph, you will develop multimodal agents and automate workflows. You will also establish the necessary tooling and infrastructure to deploy AI models on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
