Create automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, and related tools.
Integrate AI systems with CRM, ATS, WhatsApp, Slack, Email, Google Workspace, and databases.
Develop API and webhook-based integrations.
Build AI-to-human escalation workflows where required.
Automate reporting, follow-ups, document validation, and operational tasks.
Monitor AI performance, accuracy, and compliance.
Maintain documentation and train internal teams on automation workflows.
