Opportunity Description
We are seeking an experienced AI‑Native Application Developer who builds, delivers, and operates production software primarily through the orchestration of AI systems. This role is designed for professionals who have fundamentally transformed their software development workflow to be AI‑first, leveraging agentic AI systems to ship end‑to‑end applications across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and machine learning components.
This is not a traditional developer role or a “developer who uses Copilot.” The suitable candidate directs AI agents to generate production‑grade software, intervening mainly at the architectural, system design, and quality assurance levels.

Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Location
Medellín, Colombia. Occasional in‑person meetings in Medellín when the founder is traveling to Medellín.
