AI Integrations & Automation Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking an AI Integration & Automation Engineer to design and implement intelligent automation workflows, API-driven integrations, and AI-powered solutions across enterprise applications and IT systems. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and efficient automation frameworks that reduce manual effort and enable predictive, self-healing IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Application & API Integrations: Develop and maintain API-based integrations between enterprise platforms such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Freshservice, Workday, CRM systems, Genesys phone system , and other IT tools. Design middleware and microservices for seamless data exchange and process orchestration. Automation Workflows: Build end-to-end automation workflows for IT operations, incident management, and business processes using Power Automate, Python, Ansible, and RPA tools .
