Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing the AI backbone supporting delivery.
- Configure, train, and orchestrate AI models/agents on the codebase.
- Enable automated gap analysis, requirement refinement, and spec generation.
- Ensure robustness, scalability, and accuracy of AI-driven outputs.
- Collaborate closely with the Intent Engineer to iterate and finalize specifications.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Gastown approaches / AI-native engineering practices.
- Hands‑on experience with Claude Code (or similar LLMs), including:
- Using Claude within IDEs.
- Writing effective prompts for code analysis, generation, and refinement.
