Opportunity Description
A senior Full‑Stack developer with practical experience in AI Coding Agents, especially Claude Code, to integrate AI agents into the software development cycle, accelerate delivery, improve code quality and optimize engineering processes. English B2 at least.
Responsibilities
- Implement the AI backbone supporting delivery.
- Configure, train, and orchestrate AI models/agents on the codebase.
- Enable automated gap analysis, requirement refinement, and spec generation.
- Ensure robustness, scalability, and accuracy of AI‑driven outputs.
- Collaborate closely with the Intent Engineer to iterate and finalize specifications.
Required Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with Gastown approaches / AI‑native engineering practices.
- Hands‑on experience with Claude Code (or similar LLMs), including:
