AI Education & Training Lead

Job Summary

Plutus21 is expanding its services to include AI education and training for businesses, and we are searching for the leader who will build this practice from inception.

This is a zero-to-one mandate. Working directly with the CEO, the Lead will take the initiative from concept to market and own it end to end, from what we teach, to how we sell it, to who delivers it, to the technology it runs on. The right candidate is a proven builder with a genuine interest in education and a practical command of how businesses apply AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum: Design and develop the training curriculum, including audience segments, learning outcomes, formats, and content that teach businesses how to use and apply AI in practice.
• Go-to-market: Shape and execute the commercial strategy, spanning positioning, pricing, marketing, and sales channels, to build a pipeline of business clients.
