AI DevOps / Platform Engineer

The challenge

We're building the team that runs our AI agents in production, and we're looking for the person who will build the technical foundation everything else runs on. This is a new area — you'll come in at the ground floor and grow with it.

What you'll do

• Build and automate the infrastructure (with Terraform) that lets us deploy new agents safely and repeatably, without reinventing it each time.
• Set up the monitoring that tells us whether an agent is healthy: latency, errors, cost, and real-time behavior.
• Automate deployments so they ship to production with automatic checks, not by hand.
• Create the templates and tooling other teams use on their own — your work multiplies everyone else's.

What we're looking for (must-haves)

• 1–3 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or backend engineering.
• Solid command of Linux and a cloud provider, ideally AWS.
