Responsibilities
- Support the design, testing and documentation of internal AI agents and automation initiatives.
- Assist in gathering requirements from business users and translating them into simple technical or functional tasks.
- Support basic AI use cases such as document search, summarization, data extraction, classification and user assistance.
- Prepare simple user guides, documentation and training material for internal AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, engineering, data science, business analytics, FP equivalent or any IT-related studies.
- Basic training or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, data analytics.
