Ai Agent Delivery Engineer (Xico)

Build, debug, and deploy customized AI Agents using low‐code agent platforms to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with Sales, AI R&D, and Solution teams to deconstruct client needs, drive implementation, and optimize workflows.
Manage daily AI operations: client management, product monitoring, data analysis, feedback collection, and issue resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Extract common needs from client feedback and industry scenarios to drive platform feature iterations, and develop and refine Agent‐building methodologies to improve delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields (preferred).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with large models such as ChatGPT, Gemini; preferred experience with agent studios (e.g., Coze, n8n) or AgentBuilder workflows.
