This is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for planning and executing potato production and raw material procurement for a processing plant. The Supply Manager ensures the right volumes of quality potatoes are delivered at the right time, place, and cost, in line with the Integrated Business Plan.

What You'll Do Supply Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term potato supply strategies, including risk management and contingency planning to protect against supply disruptions from weather, disease, or market volatility. Grower Relationship Management: Build and expand a geographically diverse grower base, maintaining Mc Cain as the customer of choice.
