AGM/Bar manager -Upscale California Cuisine restaurant-lounge

Objective:

•  The AGM supports the General Manager in leading daily front-of-house operations, guest experience, staff performance, and compliance for a fast-paced, elevated California bistro.


• The AGM  helps drive service standards, responsible alcohol service, and a positive team culture.
• This venue has a strong wine list and a background as a Sommelier with a good foundation  of mixology is preferred.  The AGM works closely with the General Manager and Director of Operations to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and compliance with company policies and California regulations.
