Financial / Functional Perspective
? Support accurate measurement and billing to protect project revenue
? Assist in cost control and budget monitoring
? Support timely certification of bills to improve cash flow
? Help minimize financial risk through contract compliance
Customer Perspective
? Coordinate with contractors and consultants for billing and measurements
? Support project teams with cost and contract data
? Maintain transparency in billing and documentation
