Opportunity Description
Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Agile Project Manager (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban) for their Middletown, NJ/Atlanta, GA/Dallas, TX location. Responsibilities:
+ Lead Agile project delivery, managing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
+ Track project progress, milestones, KPIs, and SLAs through dashboards and status reporting.
+ Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and maintain RAID logs with proactive escalation and mitigation.
+ Ensure governance, SDLC compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
+ Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and lessons learned.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
