Agile Delivery Manager

Position Description:

This role requires working from our downtown Toronto office and/or client office at a minimum of 2 days per week, subject to change based on business needs.

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Delivery Lead / Agile Delivery Manager to drive successful delivery across complex projects and programs. In this role, you will leverage Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies to ensure predictable, transparent, and high-quality outcomes for stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, architects, vendors, and business partners to remove delivery obstacles, improve processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This position requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and coaching capabilities to navigate complex initiatives in a dynamic enterprise environment.
