To strengthen our development organization, we are looking for an experienced Agile Coach who helps teams grow, challenges existing ways of working, and actively shapes how our organization collaborates and evolves.
 
You will work with multiple development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders – and partner with leadership to evolve ways of working beyond team level. In addition, you will lead the Agile Coaching Chapter and thereby strengthen the development of shared coaching standards and the effectiveness of agile ways of working across the organization.
