As the Service Team Leader, you will guide a team of over 10 skilled professionals, focusing on service coordination, team development, and efficient fleet management. Your role is pivotal in improving safety practices and ensuring high-quality service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute all service orders
• Ensure work areas are clean and safe
• Manage purchase orders and maintain fleet operations
• Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis for services
Requirements:
• At least an Associate's degree in a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP applications
• Excellent leadership and multitasking skills
• Experience in power generation or HVAC
• Willingness to travel and tackle on-call duties
