Agente de Call Center (Ensenada)

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (includes a 45‑minute lunch and two 15‑minute paid breaks)
• Every other Saturday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Base Pay

$5,000 MXN per week.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from current clients and assess their needs.
• Direct clients to the appropriate department or representative to resolve their concerns efficiently.
• Assist with account updates, including adding new credit cards to client accounts.
• Process payment requests and coordinate with the appropriate team to run payments.
• Escalate and forward cases to Settlement Officers or Resolution Officers when necessary.
• Provide accurate information regarding account status and available services.
