Agent d'Approvisionnement / Supply Officer

We are looking for a Supply Management Agent to join our Procurement Operations Airframe team at Mirabel, Quebec.

You will manage the procurement of parts for the A220 aircraft, ensuring on‑time and on‑quality delivery to the production line.

Responsibilities

• Validate requirements and ensure execution of purchase orders.
• Manage order placement and related administration (receiving, snags, invoices, inventory, safety stock settings).
• Analyze delivery delays and prioritize supplier deliveries to minimize impact on the production chain.
• Monitor supply‑chain performance (reception, stores, transport, shipping) and manage discrepancies.
• Ensure supplier interaction with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Build solid relationships with internal teams such as SCQM, CM, engineering, methods, quality, production and strategic procurement.
