Ag Retail Manager

Prairie Co-op is hiring a Permanent Full Time Ag Retail Manager at our Agro Centre in Melville, SK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Ag retail business, driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships in Melville & Ituna.
• Provide day-to-day direction of the Ag Team, ensuring financial, safety, customer sales & service (on farm/in store) and operational objectives are met.
• Implement programs and policies, providing operational direction and oversight.
• Execute sales strategies, building customer relationships and delivering solutions.
• Sell, market and promote Crop Inputs, Grain storage, and Handling solutions within the Melville and Ituna trading area.
• Oversee completion and follow-through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
