Aftersales Training Lead

BYD Mexico is seeking an Aftersales Training Specialist to lead instructor-led programs for dealership staff, including Service Managers and Advisors. You will design and deliver classroom sessions, workshops, and evaluations, and localize global content for the Mexican market.

You will coordinate on-site training activities, monitor trainee performance, and collaborate with Aftersales, Dealer Development, and cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
