Take on a challenging role as an Afternoon Dockmaster at Manulife Centre. This seasonal position focuses on vehicle monitoring and exceptional customer service delivery.
As a Loading Dockmaster, you'll report to the Location Manager and ensure smooth operations during your shift. You'll manage vehicle entry and exit, maintain a clean environment, and ensure top-notch service for all clients. Being organized and able to handle multiple tasks is essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure positive experiences for customers and clients daily
• Screen and document vehicle activity effectively
• Maintain cleanliness of loading dock areas
• Assist in cash collection for front-line revenues
• Adapt to changes as instructed by management
Requirements:
• At least 18 years of age
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Experience with parking management technology is a plus
