Opportunity Description
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is currently seeking an After-hours On-Call Coordinator for the St. Louis, Mo area.
Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 5pm-8am and all-day Saturday and Sunday. Various call rotation options available. This position covers after hours on-call outside of our regular Monday-Friday 8am-5pm business hours.
The position is remote but candidate must live in St. Louis or the surrounding area. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle high pressure situations, think fast on your feet, and triage calls based on importance. Good organizational skills and the ability to address sensitive subjects with tact and compassion is also very important.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Answering any after-hours messages sent by the answering service
+ Making sure that any issues such as client/employee complaints, workers comp, or call offs are address properly
+ Calling available employees...
