Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new affiliates, influencers, and publishers.
- Manage affiliate outreach, onboarding, and relationship building.
- Maintain acquisition trackers and performance records.
- Coordinate with Category and Marketing teams on relevant campaigns.
- Prepare affiliate pitches, incentive plans, and onboarding materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor affiliate programs.
- Support affiliate training and campaign communication.
- Track onboarding performance and contribute to acquisition targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
