- Lead large‑scale AEM technical requirements
- Support any new business development activities or RFPs
- Technical grooming for functional stories and create tech design documentation for the development team
- Provide platform governance and operational guidelines following best practices in a multi‑tenant environment

- Impact analysis and effort estimations on change requests
