A reputed law firm in Mumbai is looking to appoint an Advocate / Associate with 3–7 years’ experience for handling litigation and arbitration matters.

Key Requirements:

Experience in handling:

Civil Litigation

Property Matters

Corporate Disputes

Arbitration Proceedings

Ability to independently:

Draft pleadings, applications, notices, written submissions, and briefs

Conduct legal research

Attend and argue matters before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums

Familiarity with court procedures and filings before:

Bombay High Court

City Civil Court

Commercial Courts

Arbitration Tribunals and related forums

Strong command over:

Legal drafting

Case strategy and procedural law

Use of legal technology and AI-based legal research tools

Efficient in maintaining:

Legal records

Matter tracking

Case management syst...
