What You Will Do
- Respond to inquiries from Quadrus representatives and clients via phone, fax, and e-mail.
- Provide explanations of Quadrus processes and education on the use of Investment Centre technology and other tools and resources.
- Communicate sensitive processing issues to representatives to ensure prompt resolution.
- Act as liaison between Quadrus representatives, fund companies and internal partners.
- Investigate complaints and issues, including research with fund companies.
- Achieve service standards and work to ensure compliance with National Instruments.
- Build rapport with advisors, their local leaders and field contacts.
What You Will Bring
