Advisor Internship Program (AIP)
The Raymond James AIP is a 36‑month training and development program designed to provide an opportunity for individuals who have been in the financial services industry for at least three years to build and grow their own successful advisory practice. Candidates will join the firm as a Financial Advisor and will be responsible for building their own book of business.
