Opportunity Description
The Seattle Children’s APP Fellowship is a 12-month intensive program designed to transition newly graduated ARNPs and PAs into complex, highly collaborative pediatric practice. Through precepted clinical rotations, multidisciplinary didactics, and simulation training, fellows gain the skills necessary to lead in a premier tertiary care center.
**The Fellowship Experience**
+ **Clinical Mastery:** Assume increasing responsibility for patient management, from diagnostics to treatment planning.
+ **Diverse Rotations:** 4–5 months of inpatient service followed by specialized clinical rotations.
+ **Collaborative Leadership:** Work alongside attending physicians and specialists while contributing to quality improvement and research.
+ **Inclusive Community:** Join a team dedicated to representing and serving our diverse patient population across the healthcare continuum.
