• Configure and oversee MID Servers for discovery
• Build Discovery tools for infrastructure components
• Manage CMDB quality for SAM and HAM cases
• Implement Service Mapping effectively
• Troubleshoot discovery issues with networking tools

• 5+ years experience with MID Servers
• 5+ years in Service Mapping
