ADVANCE QUALITY ENGINEER IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY

The Advanced Quality Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability for Gentherm’s products. Will have the responsibility to address all documents necessary for launch projects.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities Implement advanced quality planning methodologies to proactively identify and address potential quality issues in the product development phase. Collaborate with Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to integrate quality considerations into the design and production processes. Implement tools and methodologies to identify, analyze, and prioritize risks throughout the product development and manufacturing processes. Support the release of DV, and PV, and start of production (SOP) feasibility studies.
