Adult Social Worker

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Workers to join its client’s team, based in Cornwall.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:

• Provide a statutory social work service to adults with health and social care needs under the leadership of the Team Manager / Principal Social Worker
• Complete high‑quality, timely, and person‑centred needs assessments reflecting individual needs and risks
• Undertake analysis, care planning, intervention, and review in line with the work of the team or service unit
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams, disciplines, and partner organisations to deliver a seamless service
• Work in partnership with individuals, families, and carers facing complex social and family crises across a range of settings
