Person Specification
- Previous administrative or clerical experience.
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, EMIS or similar clinical systems desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality.
- Team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Previous NHS or GP practice experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience with clinical coding, referrals, and data quality.
