Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
- Document support activities, solutions provided, and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to elevate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and best practices.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements.
Skill Requirements
- Proven experience in field service or deskside support roles.
