Opportunity Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
  • Document support activities, solutions provided, and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to elevate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and best practices.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements.

Skill Requirements

  • Proven experience in field service or deskside support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common desktop applications.
