About The Role

The Administrator Accounts Receivable is responsible for handling all incoming payments related to the residential and small commercial mortgage portfolio. This role ensures that daily deposits are balanced and processed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner, adhering to departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and all relevant policies and procedures.

• Reconcile mortgage payments daily, including pre‑authorized payments, manual pre‑authorized payments, cheques, Western Union, wires, online bill payments etc. received from/for various departments.
• Process all returned payment items for our residential and commercial mortgages.
