Your Opportunity:

The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a Permanent Administrative Support IV to join the Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) Section. This role provides high-level, professional administrative support to a group of 3–5 academic physicians, assisting with their clinical, research, medical education, and leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and managing the physicians’ day-to-day activities, while also offering backup support to the broader PICU administrative team as needed. To thrive in this position, a strong understanding of the operational structures of both Alberta Health Services and the University of Calgary, Cumming School of Medicine is essential.
