Admin Sales Assistant Job Description Administration tasks: Administration of Pandadoc (Sales software) Administration of Extru World courses (including bookings, travel arrangements, etc.) Handle booking of flights, car hire and accommodation for sales related functions. Handle booking of customer sales parcels for shipment (inland and international) Procurement: Handling all procurement functions of the Sales Department (including obtaining quotations, following up on necessary approvals and purchase orders to suppliers) Internal sales support to reps: Quotations requested by reps, information on current orders, follow-ups with various departments. Daily follow up of client quotations, deliveries and purchase orders. Reporting: Weekly and monthly sales figures Stock movement and forecasting reports Monthly client expenditure reports Stock control: Administration of stock, stock dispatch and receiving, internal stock order procurement, forecasting of stock levels.
