Job Summary
The ORCA Administrative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the ORCA program, ensuring efficient testing processes and maintaining high service standards. This role includes coordinating the recruitment, onboarding and training of ORCA invigilators, as well as scheduling and resource allocation to meet operational needs. Additionally, they will monitor operational data, track trends and support continuous process improvements within the ORCA.
The ORCA is the first campus-wide centralized testing facility in North America and will be responsible for supporting online assessments across multiple faculties, units, and departments on the Vancouver Campus.
Occasional weekend or evening work may be required.
