Position summary
Reporting to the practice investigation manager, the administrative coordinator is responsible for supporting the activities of the registrar in collaboration with the director, complaints and practice investigations, as it relates to matters concluded by the registrar under the Health Professions and Occupations Act. This position works closely with the deputy registrar, complaints and practice investigations, the other department administrative coordinators, and members of the Investigation Committee in performing these important statutory requirements.

Committee coordination and file management
- The administrative coordinator will primarily be involved with low and moderate risk complaint matters that are reviewed and disposed of by the registrar, or their delegate. These files are referred to as “registrar reviews” by the department. The administra...
