To provide a high level of administrative support, specifically to the Senior Director and his direct reports, so as to ensure efficient management and running of the department on a day to day level.
Key Responsibilities
- Process company expenses
- Process all kinds of information, including incoming mail, documentation, copying, distribution, filing and archiving.
- Support in coordinating and scheduling meetings where all SLT members are required.
- Follow up on meeting actions (if requested).
- Serve as key contact point for information management, ensuring content compliance and updates.
- Manage cost center, invoicing, budget tracking and reporting.
- Format, type and edit a variety of material, including minutes, reports and confidential material.
