Opportunity Description

Work Set-up: Remote | Night Shift



Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining customer relationships

• Provide product information and recommendations to clients

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.

• Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions.

• Provide administrative support, such as samples and coolers ordering, deductions, planning, reporting, and data entry.

• Prepare and maintain sales dashboards from different platforms such as AFS, COGNOS, TABLEAU & VIP.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.

• Travel to National Sales meetings and industry events as needed (4-5 times per year).

• Assist in preparing sales presentations.

• Coordinate and prepare Sales Meetings to ensure time efficient and efficient
