Position : Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Working independently and within a team environment to support the client service staff to produce high quality client deliverables
- Managing electronic and paper-based client files and compilations of tax returns
- Formatting financial statements in compliance with Firm standards
- Prepare letters and reports using firm templates in compliance with Firm standards
- Proof‑read, review for quality and verify content before finalizing any client deliverables
- Preparing hard files for clients based on requests from the external client service team and new client setup processes
- Assist with coordinating office events, including preparation, logistics, and collaboration with internal teams and committees
