Job Summary

Reporting to the Corporate Secretary, the Administrative Assistant, Board Governance is responsible for providing high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Corporate Secretary’s office to enable effective governance operations. The role ensures board and committee meeting logistics, records, document control, calendars, and stakeholder coordination are executed accurately, confidentially, and on time, supporting regulatory/compliance expectations and a strong board experience.

Salary Range

Expected Salary Range: $53,060.00 - $66,324.00 - $82,905.00
