FSC operates multiple grant-based programs that serve secondary school students from local and nearby school districts. Periodically, adjunct teaching positions become available in the Smart Scholars program within various academic disciplines. The Smart Scholars program is intended to support students in successful completion of high school and to help ensure they are college-ready. The primary objective of the program is to provide students with the opportunity to earn college credits by the time they graduate from high school. Though teaching style may vary to best meet the needs of a younger audience; the course content and objectives must replicate those offered to matriculated FSC students.
