The USC Sol Price School of Public Policy is seeking a working professional with expertise and a primary position in commercial real estate careers preparation. The successful candidate will be able to teach an undergraduate-level course on career assessment and planning; an overview of the commercial real estate industry and career path options; and professional development skills.


Minimum requirements: Advanced degree (such as MS Human Resources, MBA, MRED) preferred. Candidates without a graduate degree may be considered with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in human resources at commercial real estate firms engaged in institutional quality transactions.
