Accounts Receivable Technician

The Opportunity

Play a key role in ensuring the financial health of WSP by managing a multi‑million‑dollar accounts receivable portfolio. You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders across Canada to ensure timely payment of invoices while contributing to the strength and efficiency of our credit and collections function.

Your Impact

• Follow up with clients to secure payment of outstanding invoices
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date collection notes in systems
• Escalate and coordinate resolution of payment disputes with project teams
• Respond to client inquiries regarding account balances and transactions
• Reconcile accounts in collaboration with payment application teams
• Process credit card payments and manage refund requests
• Issue non‑payment notices and support escalation to collection agencies
